The recipe is as follows:
Should make between 10 and 15
130g Good Quality Dark Choc
80g Unsalted Butter
175g Soft Brown Sugar
3 medium eggs
185g Plain flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 Teaspoon Bicarbonate soda
200ml Semi Skimmed Milk
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
2 Table spoons cocoa powder
- Cream the sugar and butter together
 - Add the eggs, vanilla essence and melted Chocolate. (You can do this in a bowl, heated over water)
 - Mix ingredients together
 - Gradually add in the Flour, cocoa powder, Baking Powder, and Bicarb and stir.
 - Gradually add the milk to the mixture!
 - Now all you need is your bun cases.
 - Bake in the oven at 180* for roughly about 20-25mins depending on your oven. Allow to cool for an hour before icing.
 
Choc Buttercream
170g Chocolate (Dark)
200g Butter
250g Icing Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extra
- Cream the Butter
 - Sift the icing sugar into the butter
 - Melt the chocolate and add gradually to the mixture, ensuring it isn't to hot.
 - Finally add the vanilla :)
 - Mix together! :)
